Your customers are, well, yours. So their information is private to you. NiceJob never sells your customer information. And unless you explicitly ask us to share it with another company, we'll never do that either.

Is my customer information secure?

Yes, it is stored on the same industry leading infrastructure using the same encryption methods as the data from many major fortune 500 companies. We safeguard your data by encrypting it both while it’s being transferred (in transit) and when it’s stored (at rest). To ensure only authorized users have access, we follow a strict principle of granting access only on a need-to-know basis, with the least amount of permission necessary. We are committed to continuously improving our security by incorporating regular security scans throughout our development process. Additionally, a third-party auditor conducts monthly scans of our infrastructure, and we meet with them regularly to discuss the findings. We are compliant with the rigorous security standards of QC25, GDPR, and PIPEDA.

How will you use my customer information?

When you request us to, we will use it to contact them via SMS text message or email for NiceJob campaigns, like our Get Reviews campaign. The data in our system is used to optimize the review process, allowing for review invites to be sent at the best times.

The privacy of your customers is extremely important to us and essential to our client relationships.
